Состоялось очередное заседание комиссии по делам несовершеннолетних и защите их прав муниципального образования Тельмановский муниципальный округ Донецкой Народной Республики под председательством заместителя Главы Администрации Лианы Катрыш, с участием представителя Новоазовской межрайонной прокуратуры.

На заседании комиссия рассмотрела поступившие материалы о двух административных правонарушениях по ч. 1 ст. 5.35 КоАП РФ и по ст. 19.16 КоАП РФ, план работы комиссии на 2025 год.

Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
