وكان الحَسنُ يَقُولُ في مَوعِظَتِهِ: «المُبادَرة المُبادَرة! فإنَّما هي الأنفاس، لو حُبِسَت انقطعَت عنكم أعمالُكم التي تتقرَّبون بها إلى ﷲ -عزَّ وجلَّ-، رحمَ اللّٰهُ امرأً نظرَ إلى نفسِه، وبكى على عددِ ذنوبِه، ثمَّ قرأ هذه الآية: ﴿إِنَّمَا نَعُدُّ لَهُم عَدًّا﴾ يعني: الأنفاس، آخِرُ العددِ خروجُ نفسِك، آخِرُ العددِ فراقُ أهلِك، آخِرُ العددِ دخولُك في قبرِك!».

And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
