3.4 Когда же явится Христосъ, жизнь ваша, тогда и вы явитесь съ Нимъ во славѣ. 3.5 Итакъ, умертвите земные члены ваши: блудъ, нечистоту, страсть, злую похоть и любостяжаніе, которое есть идолослуженіе, 3.6 за которые гнѣвъ Божій грядетъ на сыновъ противленія, 3.7 въ которыхъ и вы нѣкогда обращались, когда жили между ними. 3.8 А теперь вы отложите все: гнѣвъ, ярость, злобу, злорѣчіе, сквернословіе устъ вашихъ; 3.9 не говорите лжи другъ другу, совлекшись ветхаго человѣка съ дѣлами его 3.10 и облекшись въ новаго, который обновляется въ познаніи по образу Создавшаго его, 3.11 гдѣ нѣтъ ни Еллина, ни Іудея, ни обрѣзанія, ни необрезанія, варвара, Скиѳа, раба, свободнаго, но все и во всѣмъ Христосъ.
