В кефир(кефир должен быть комнатной температуры)добавляем соль, соду, перемешиваем и отставным в сторону на 10мин. В яйца добавляем сахарную пудру и взбиваем все до пышной массы. Соединяем наш кефир и массу из яиц, перемешиваем и потихоньку всыпаем муку. Перемешиваем до однородности. Жарим наши панкейки( я жарил на сухой сковородке, без масла) Падал с персиками, шариком мороженного и клиновым сиропом. Приятного аппетита 😋
