Художница Саша Скочиленко была освобождена 1 августа в рамках обмена заключенными до вступления в силу приговора. Ранее Василеостровский районный суд назначил ей 7 лет колонии общего режима по ч.2 ст. 207.3 УК РФ.
Адвокаты просят судейскую коллегию отменить обвинительный приговор и оправдать.
UPD. В удовлетворении жалобы суд отказал. При этом суд отказался допустить Скочиленко к участию в судебном заседании по видеосвязи, сославшись на то, что по имеющейся информации, она "убыла за границу".
