Госдума может до конца года принять поправки, предусматривающие увеличение штрафов за нарушение правил дорожного движения, они уже поступили в палату, сообщил глава думского комитета по госстроительству Павел Крашенинников.
"Я думаю, до конца года примем", - сказал Крашенинников журналистам.
