Генеральный директор региональной Дирекции жилищного строительства Игорь Ткаченко и начальник отдела мониторинга Пётр Потапов признаны виновными в получении взятки в особо крупном размере. Посредник Игорь Напалков также осуждён за своё участие в преступлении. Ткаченко получил 9 лет лишения свободы со штрафом в 60 млн рублей, Потапов — 8 лет со штрафом 60 млн, а Напалков — 7 лет со штрафом 30 млн. Все трое будут отбывать наказание в колонии строгого режима. Кроме того, у осуждённых конфискуют сумму взятки — 9,8 млн рублей.
