Лидер косовских сепаратистов Альбин Курти заявил, что Сербия устроила взрыв на водоканале Ибар-Лепенац, чтобы оставить граждан самопровозглашенной республики Косово без воды, без электричества, без отопления и связи.
По его словам, было совершено нападение аналогичное ударам России по объектам критической инфраструктуры Украины. Так называемый премьер-министр показал фотографии шевронов российских спецподразделений, которые, как он сказал, были изъяты в ходе обысков сербов, проживающих на севере Косово и Метохии.
