Сейчас намного важнее те, кто не будет возражать, на кого можно легко повлиять. Сильные личности и лидеры не нужны, а нужны такие люди, которые даже не станут изучать документы и вдумываться в суть проблемы. Нужны бездумные исполнители. Скажут им нажать кнопочку, и они нажмут, а не скажут — они этого и не сделают. Нужна тупая показуха, когда все выстроятся в шеренгу под линеечку для очередной фотографии, чтобы всем показать, что вот «мы работаем» и по-настоящему «развиваем» патриотизм во всех его направлениях. Только люди это уже не проглатывают, и от этой фальши уже всех просто выворачивает.

In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern. For example, the Cboe Volatility Index fell from its 2022 peak of 36, which it hit Monday, to around 30 on Friday, a sign of easing tensions. Meanwhile, while the price of WTI crude oil slipped from Sunday’s multiyear high $130 of barrel to $109 a pop.
