В 2024 году косметический ремонт выполнен в 1 340 подъездах многоквартирных домов. Больше всего в областном центре - 476, на втором месте Апатиты - 143, на третьем Кандалакшский район 125.
Исходя из потребности отремонтировать ещё 7 036 подъездов министерством МГЖСН разработан проект плана ремонтов до 2030 года. По нему в 2025 году планируется привести в порядок в 1 123 подъезда.

Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
