Но йога — это настоящий наркотик, она меня затянула и влюбила в себя. Раньше я не воспринимала йогу всерьёз, но когда попробовала стиль FYSM, была шокирована, насколько это сложно. Однако сложности возникают из-за слабости тела, которое нужно тренировать.
И что удивительно , после тренировки у меня болят те мышцы , которых я раньше никогда не чувствовала после спорта , а занималась я многим (растяжка, TRX, гамаки , бег, фитнес , волейбол , танцы)
