С одной стороны, государство ничего не теряет. Ведь уволиться в условиях военного положения будет весьма затруднительно. К тому же есть риск сразу же получить повестку по частичной мобилизации (которая у нас, к слову, продолжается).
С другой стороны, это окончательно подорвет веру сотрудников в систему, которой и так осталось немного. А экономия на фоне общих расходов на СВО выйдет просто копеечная.
