21 февраля 2022 года Президент Российской Федерации Владимир Путин подписал исторические указы и договоры с Республиками Донбасса о дружбе, сотрудничестве и помощи.
Мы все хорошо помним этот день, к которому шли долгие восемь лет, день, который положил начало нашему полноценному возвращению домой. 21 февраля 2022 года – важнейший исторический рубеж, с него начался новый этап истории Донецкой Народной Республики.
Эта дата приблизила день нашего долгожданного воссоединения с большой страной. Без судьбоносного 21 февраля не была бы возможной и наша неминуемая победа, которую сегодня добывает русская армия.
Дорогие друзья! Вместе с нами вся Россия – навсегда. В этом наша непобедимость и залог будущего мира и процветания!

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation.
