Героизм не знает срока давности. Сегодня Мосгордума присвоила звание «Почетный гражданин Москвы» Борису Васильевичу Кравцову — последнему живущему Герою Советского Союза, получившему эту награду в годы Великой Отечественной.
Интеллигентный дедушка с цепким взглядом — а в молодости гроза фашистов. Участвовал в Харьковском оборонительном сражении, Донбасской наступательной операции, освобождал Павлоград и Запорожье. И вот ведь судьба: на этих же направлениях сегодня снова идут бои, а наши ребята продолжают его дело.
История делает виток, а подвиг — вечен. Здоровья вам, Борис Васильевич!
