Люди чаще переезжают, в сравнении с Россией плюс другое отношение к собственности. Тем более ещё совсем недавно Германия очень благополучно жила и мотивация для приобретения своего жилья не была достаточной сильной: "Высокая зарплата, доступное съёмное жильё, продукты и услуги тоже недорогие, так может лучше потратить остаток в конце месяца на путешествие, зачем копить на своё жильё?"
