«Я подсознательно готов. Когда законодательство стремительно меняется, а ты ведешь публичную деятельность, то не застрахован от того, что у тебя что-нибудь найдут», — рассказал Постников перед арестом.
Он не признал свою вину. Адвокат требовал прекратить дело за отсутствием состава преступления.
