Встреча пройдет в виде психологического тренинга. Вы научитесь: ▪️ приемам снятия острого стресса; ▪️ методам, помогающим справляться с последствия хронических стрессов и психологических травм; ▪️ методам профилактики, направленным на сохранение здоровья и повышение нервно-психической устойчивости.
Часть упражнений пройдет лежа. Поэтому лучше, если у вас будет удобная или даже спортивная одежда, которая не сковывает движений.
Кроме этого, мы сможем пообщаться, попить кофе или чай в дружественной и непринужденной обстановке, а также завести новые знакомства. Длительность встречи — два часа. Участие в клубе бесплатно. Встречи «Психологическая Kawiarnia» проходят при поддержке польского «Мемориала».

This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic.
