Boden: 200g Rosinen 200g Kokosraspeln
Beides verrühren bis der Teig klumpt. Das dauert eine Weile, wenn du die Rosinen durch Datteln ersetzt geht es etwas schneller. Den Boden in eine Form drücken und zur Seite stellen.
Mohnmasse: 3 Bananen 1 Apfel 250g gemahlenen Mohn
Den Apfel fein raspeln. Den Mohn mit den Bananen vermengen und die Äpfel unterheben. Mit Kokosflocken bestreuen.
Das nächste mal werde ich nur die Hälfte der Mohnmasse machen es war dann doch etwas viel im Verhältnis zum Boden.
