Все компании входят в Группу ФОР, которая контролируется семьей бывшего министра промышленности и полпреда президента в СЗФО Ильей Клебановым.
Также примут участие две мурманских компании, включая ПАО «Мурманский траловый флот» (входит в ГК «Норебо» Виталия Орлова), которое заявилось на все семь лотов. И одна компания из Карелии - ООО «Азимут». @Ribfront
