Структура Виталия Орлова, входящая в ГК «Норебо» - ПАО «Мурманский траловый флот», скупила 57,1% долей квот на сумму 1,6 млрд рублей.
В 2020 году структуры Виталия Орлова прикупили 37,8% долей квот (из 70% выставленных на торги) тихоокеанской сельди в Западно-Камчатской подзоне почти за 3 млрд рублей. @Ribfront

Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
