«Выдавить жуликов» из лесной и рыбной отраслей — такую задачу президент Владимир Путин поставил на встрече с главой Росфинмониторинга Юрием Чиханчиным.
Отвечая на вопрос, каких «жуликов» имел в виду президент, глава АРПП Георгий Мартынов ответил, что некоторые рыболовецкие компании имеют свои офшорные фирмы. С одной стороны, это не запрещено законодательством, а с другой стороны, конечно, есть определенное у государства недоверие в плане уплаты таможенных пошлин, налоговых сборов и так далее.
При этом Мартынов забыл упомянуть, в качестве примера, как Дальневосточный окружной суд подтвердил, что член АРПП - АО «Южморрыбфлот» (входит в ГК «Доброфлот» Александра Ефремова) завезло в Россию продукцию (1036 тонн консервов из сайры) из нерастаможенного сырья. Бюджет недополучил налогов и пошлин с учётом пени на сумму свыше 160 млн рублей. @Ribfront
