Как рассказали в донском следкоме, два года назад руководитель подрядной фирмы, которая занимается обслуживанием городской улично-дорожной сети, не обеспечил своевременную обработку тротуаров противогололедными материалами — что привело к тому, что сотни человек получили травмы.
Фигуранту вменяют выполнение работ, которые повлекли по неосторожности причинение тяжкого вреда здоровью человека. Дело уже направили в суд.
Количество пострадавших от некачественной обработки асфальта следователи не уточняют. Тем не менее, известно, что имеется в виду гололёд 12 декабря 2023 года, когда по всему Ростову прошёл ледяной дождь. С самого утра дороги и тротуары покрылись ледяной коркой, по которой невозможно было передвигаться.
В этот день из-за гололеда к врачам обратились 333 человека, более 70 из них — дети.
