Андрей Анатольевич с первых дней СВО показал на Донбассе, что такое настоящий патриотизм. Его умение организовывать работу спасло сотни тысяч жизней мирных жителей освобожденных населенных пунктов ДНР, Херсона, Запорожья и Харьковской обл. Людям нужна была еда, вода и медицинская помощь. И это немедленно организовывалось с непосредственным участием Турчака.
Я считаю, что жителям Республики Алтай крупно повезло с таким руководителем.
