По словам Зеленского, Карлсон, говоря о запрете, повторяет нарративы Путина.
«Это не играет никакой роли. Это всё ложь. Это нарратив Путина. У Путина есть нарратив о Московском Патриархате, Русской Церкви. У Путина есть нарратив о выборах, о моей нелегитимности, о диктатуре. Это говорит человек, который 30 лет у власти, кровавый диктатор, убийца, который нарушил территориальную целостность Украины и не только. И что касается конфессий, что касается выборов, всё это нарратив Путина», – заявил Зеленский.
Также он сообщил, что «всё население против Московского Патриархата», очевидно, имея ввиду УПЦ.
