Согласен про уменьшение темпов остернизации и про столкновение империиализмов согласен. Но едва ли все это будет сродни возвращению в XIX век. Тогда империализм шел рука об руку с модерном, который неизбежно вел к деколонизации, то есть к разрушению империй. Но тут будет что то другое, что наверное будет отличаться от империй во все периоды их истории. Поэтому есть основания не отрекаться от термина государство-цивилизация, только наполняя его новым содержанием.
