Московский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга избрал меру пресечения в виде заключения под стражу Руслану Ураимову, обвиняемому в совершении преступлений, предусмотренных п.б ч.2 ст.131, п.б ч.2 ст.132 УК РФ.
23.02.2025 Ураимов, находясь в помещении салона красоты «Нью-Йорк», угрожая применением насилия и убийством, совершил изнасилование и иные насильственные действия сексуального характера в отношении потерпевшей, против воли и желания последней.
24.02.2025 Ураимов был задержан в порядке ст.91 УПК РФ. 25.02.2025 ему было предъявлено обвинение. Вину признал полностью.

Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. To that end, when files are actively downloading, a new icon now appears in the Search bar that users can tap to view and manage downloads, pause and resume all downloads or just individual items, and select one to increase its priority or view it in a chat. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts.
