I have issues not rotting everyday, some stuff that works to stop the rotting:
• if I am going to rot all day I won't do anything productive anyway so I give myself the right not to work/study/clean but do something fun for 30 minutes and then go back to rotting if I really want to • STUPID MENTAL HEALTH WALKS WORK (even though I hate this fact) • STUPID SPORT WORKS (just dance for 30 sec or wiggle your body idk • set a rotting timer and rot for maybe 2 hours then try one of the previous point • if you feel super guilty about rotting but CANNOT do anything else try rotting while watching a documentary/ listening to a interesting podcast it will make you feel like you learnt something and did not waste your time. Also listening to brillant people, learning cool facts can maybe give you the strentgh to do one of the previous point • TAKE A STUPID SHOWER -> the hardest point for me but imagine the depression and guiltiness going down the drain it can help :)
Be gentle with yourself if you are rotting your days away that means you need to take care of your mental and physical health

Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. "The inflation fire was already hot and now with war-driven inflation added to the mix, it will grow even hotter, setting off a scramble by the world’s central banks to pull back their stimulus earlier than expected," Chris Rupkey, chief economist at FWDBONDS, wrote in an email. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth."
