Какая прелесть. Михаил Матвеев пишет, что ФАДН (Федеральное агентство по делам национальностей) внесло законопроект , предусматривающий кратное усиление диаспор в России.
Разрешение иностранного финансирования, разрешение участия иностранных граждан. Просто бомба.
Странно, что в законопроекте не говорится о свободном ношении оружия, как национальной традиции. Ну может и добавят, благо, есть кому. Тем более, что это это не первая попытка ФАДН усилить диаспоры, но первая такая откровенно наглая.
