Польський уряд заявив, що створить «безпечні умови» для лідерів Ізраїлю, зокрема Нетаньягу, який підпадає під ордер на арешт, виданий Міжнародним кримінальним судом за звинуваченнями у військових злочинах у секторі Гази.
Польща ратифікувала Римський статут МКС, тому зобов'язана арештувати ізраїльського премʼєра, якщо він буде на її території.
