Bugungi kunda mazkur qaror, barcha professor-o'qituvchilar va talabalarning amal qilishi bo'yicha tushuntirish ishlari olib borilmoqda.
Yuqoridagilardan kelib chiqib, Namangan davlat universitetida alohida diniy libosda kelish bo'yicha hech kimga imtiyoz yoki ruxsat berilmagan. Universitetda barcha jamoalar orasida tenglik tamoyili asosida ish yuritiladi.
