Если вы считаете, что вопрос по СВО решится в течение 1-2 лет, то покупать акции не надо. Я, к сожалению, не знаю когда закончится СВО, а оно будет крайне важно для этой компании.
Лично я бы не покупал переоцененные технически на недельном и месячном ТФ компанию, у которой есть потенциально негативный момент для бизнеса.
