Сегодня вступает в силу новый порядок выдачи нотариусами свидетельства о праве на наследство.
Федеральным законом от 8 августа 2024 г. № 251-ФЗ внесены изменения в Основы законодательства РФ о нотариате.
📌 Теперь нотариус при выдаче свидетельства о праве на наследство проверяет через федеральный реестр ЗАГС сведения о смерти наследодателя, а также сведения о родственных отношениях с наследниками.
Изменения в законодательстве направлены на упрощение процедуры подтверждения родства наследниками и не допущение вступления в наследство по поддельным документам.

The price of the 10-year Treasury note fell Friday, sending its yield up to 2% from a March closing low of 1.73%.
