Потому что стоимость проезда прямо пропорционально зависит от пассажиропотока. И распределив эксплуатационные затраты одного рейса на большее количество людей, стоимость соответственно будет ниже. Стоимость же рейса Иркутск - Братск рассчитывается не по регулируемому тарифу, а устанавливается перевозчиком в соответствии с коммерческим тарифом. Это альтернативная перевозка, не единственный способ доставки.
Не устанем повторять, дайте уже денег бабрятам))) хотя кто тогда будем нас веселить?)
