Иск представителей фракции "Айастан" против правительства и МИД Армении станет первым шагом к общему уголовному производству в отношении властей в будущем, заявил оппозиционный депутат Гегам Манукян перед первым заседанием дела.
Ранее Кристине Варданян, Анна Григорян, Артур Хачатрян и Гегам Манукян подали иск против кабмина и МИД РА, требуя признать незаконным запрет властей об ознакомлении оппозиционеров с предложениями по мирному договору с Баку.
Требование оппозиции вытекает из закона, и это демонстрационный шаг: все беззаконные действия правительства нужно собрать по крупицам, чтобы позже они стали частью одного общего уголовного дела.
