Ранее чиновник был исполняющим обязанности руководителя структуры мэрии. Как сообщили в городской администрации, начальником управления жилищно-коммунального хозяйства назначен Артем Учкин. Он приступил к исполнению должностных обязанностей с 29 января. Соответствующее распоряжение подписал глава Оренбурга Сергей Салмин.
Отметим, что до назначения Артем Учкин был исполняющим обязанности руководителя городского УЖКХ.

Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
