Куар-код ведёт вовсе не к чатам конкретных подъездов, а на некий канал, который таким образом увеличивает себе количество подписчиков, видимо, чтобы доход от рекламы был больше... Ничего не имеем против новых каналов, даже если они и такие вот (в конце концов, каждый выбирает для себя, что читать и кому увеличивать рекламную аудиторию). Но зачем же так уж откровенно врать-то?

But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts.
