Водителю 49 лет, он житель Кушвы. За 24 года стажа он 28 раз привлекался к ответственности на нарушение ПДД. В момент аварии был трезв, отметили в ГИБДД.
На него завели уголовные дело, его отправили в СИЗО. Виновнику ДТП грозит до семи лет лишения свободы.
