Суд оштрафовал платформу Discord на два миллиона рублей за отказ локализовать персональные данные россиян. Об этом ТАСС сообщили в судебной инстанции.
Платформу признали виновной по части 8 статьи 13.11 КоАП РФ («Нарушение законодательства РФ в области персональных данных»).
Ранее Роскомнадзор впервые составил протокол против мессенджера Discord за отказ локализовать персональные данные россиян, в суд дело поступило 9 января 2025 года.
