Первый банк из Центральной Азии под американскими санкциями
Минфин США расширил санкционный список против организаций, способствующих российскому вторжению в Украину. В него попал банк из Кыргызстана — "Керемет Банк". Минфин США пишет, что банк проводил трансграничные переводы от имени российского "Промсвязьбанка", против которого санкции были введены ранее.
Летом прошлого года была информация, что "Керемет Банк" купил некий российский олигарх, а позже писали, что Кыргызстан продал банк люксембургской компании.
Не удивительно, что именно Кыргызстан стал первой страной, крупнейшее финансовое учреждение которого попалось на обходе санкций. Разговоры о вторичных санкциях против Кыргызстана шли с 2023 года.
