Ялуторовский районный суд рассмотрел уголовное дело в отношении Романа Гануса, обвиняемого в незаконном приобретении, хранении без цели сбыта наркотических средств, совершенных в крупном размере, а также в незаконном приобретении, хранении без цели сбыта растений и их частей, содержащих наркотические средства в крупном размере (ч.2 ст.228 УК РФ).
