Счетная палата Якутии установила, что Майя Данилова в бытность министром экономики республики, вследствие ненадлежащего исполнения должностных обязанностей незаконно, с нарушением установленного порядка, предоставила бюджетную субсидию ГАУ МФЦ РС(Я) в размере 2,2 млн рублей.
Несмотря, что Данилова уже не министр, а советник главы республики, аудиторы все равно возбудили в отношении нее дело по ч.1.1 ст.15.15.5 КоАП РФ.
Якутский горсуд, рассмотрев дело, 2 октября признал Данилову виновной в нарушении порядка предоставления бюджетной субсидии, и оштрафовал на 20 тысяч рублей.
