Получается, что публичного обещания надругаться над губернатором со стороны подростка-нелегального мигранта, для миграционной службы оказалось недостаточно для того, чтобы они разобрались с его статусом. Для проверки и выявления этого простого факта понадобился ужасающий теракт в "Крокус Сити холле". А если он пообещает это сделать с обычным человеком, а то и сделает это, никто даже не пошевелится вообще?

Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news.
