Улан-Удэнский гарнизонный военный суд огласил обвинительный приговор Михаилу Примаку. Военнослужащий позвонил на горячую линию ОАО «РЖД» и из хулиганских побуждений сообщил заведомо ложное сообщение о готовящемся на железнодорожном вокзале взрыве.
Суд по совокупности преступлений назначил Примаку окончательное наказание в виде лишения свободы на срок 3 года условно с испытательным сроком 2 года, штрафа в размере 300 000 рублей с лишением права управления транспортными средствами на срок 2 года и 5 месяцев.
