По версии следствия, Батухан Точиев и Рамазан Падиев обеспечили жильем исполнителя убийства начальника войск РХБЗ. Они последователи боевого крыла религиозного движения Батал-Хаджи Белхароева*. Члены этой организации помогали террористам, которые напали на «Крокус».
Обвинение в терроризме задержанным пока не предъявили. Они отбывают 15 суток ареста за неповиновение полиции.
