По заявке коммунальной организации оператор ГИС ЖКХ будет формировать электронное заявление мировому судье о вынесении судебного приказа (информацию о должнике для обращения в суд будет предоставлять Единая цифровая платформа).
Заявление будут предварительно направлять должнику в личный кабинет на «Госуслугах» и ГИС ЖКХ, после чего оно поступит в суд посредством ГАС «Правосудие». Мировой судья вынесет судебный приказ в электронной форме и направит его должнику в личный кабинет на «Госуслугах».
При отсутствии возражений в 10-дневный срок судебный приказ выдадут взыскателю.
