На доводы о том, что тысячи россиян и украинцев погибнут напрасно, они ответили, что Украина может вести переговоры только в том случае, если она достаточно сильна для этого. Извините за честность, но переговоры о мерах начались в тот момент, когда Украина уже не могла быть еще слабее. А стремление Запада использовать войну на Украине для экономического и политического ослабления России привел к совершенно иному исходу для Украины, чем он мог себе представить.

Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. The SC urges the public to refer to the SC’s I nvestor Alert List before investing. The list contains details of unauthorised websites, investment products, companies and individuals.
