Голосование начнётся 21 апреля и продлится до 12 июня. Голоса будут приниматься на платформе zagorodsreda.gosuslugi.ru, в мобильном приложении «Госуслуги Решаем вместе» или в общественных местах через волонтёров.

Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels.
