Просто беда с этим… диджитальным новоязом. Берут английскую фразу, переводят на русский дословно, то есть делают кальку, и думают, что так можно. Нельзя! В русском языке слова стартовать и лидировать — непереходные, то есть не могут использоваться с прямым дополнением (нельзя «стартовать что-либо» или «лидировать что-либо»), в отличие от своих английских предков to start и to lead.

Friday’s performance was part of a larger shift. For the week, the Dow, S&P 500 and Nasdaq fell 2%, 2.9%, and 3.5%, respectively. Though all three indexes opened in the green, stocks took a turn after a new report showed U.S. consumer sentiment deteriorated more than expected in early March as consumers' inflation expectations soared to the highest since 1981. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
