49-летний белорусский специалист с июля 2020 года работал в команде АБФФ WU-19 и женской молодежной сборной Беларуси ассистентом Владимира Шиндикова. В качестве футболиста Александр Леонидович провел 16 матчей за национальную сборную Беларуси.
С вратарями продолжит трудиться Игорь Михайлович Харлан, а помочь этим специалистам призвана Александра Анатольевна Новик.
