В преддверии Дня защитника Отечества от имени Президента Российской Федерации Владимира Владимировича Путина вручил юбилейные медали «80 лет Победы в Великой Отечественной войне 1941-1945гг.» нашим ветеранам Великой Отечественной войны и труженикам тыла, бывшим узникам немецко-фашистских лагерей и жителям блокадного Ленинграда, проживающим в Кабардино-Балкарской Республике.

Мы гордимся доблестным поколением наших старших, сокрушившим ненавистного врага, отстоявшим свободу и независимость страны 80 лет назад.

Любовь к Родине объединяет их с участниками специальной военной операции, которые сегодня героически сражаются за безопасность и достойное будущее России.

В их честь в ознаменование 80-летия Великой Победы 2025-й год указом нашего Президента Владимира Владимировича Путина объявлен Годом защитника Отечества.

От всей души поздравляю наших героев с наступающим праздником – Днём защитника Отечества, желаю всем крепкого здоровья, долгих лет жизни и всего самого доброго.

But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine.
